Peloton de la Muerte Pechuga Mezcal - We use a field blend of wild Guerreo agaves to craft this light and tasty mezcal. It is roasted and distilled together. Aromatics hang from the Arabic still on 2nd distillation. Crafted by Rodolfo Obregon, Maestro Mezcalero from an Obregon family recipe. This is a vegan Pechuga. Tasting notes: Cooked agave, mandarin, oranges, anise, and mint. It is a light and refreshing mezcal!
