This unaged spirit is made from 100% pure honey and has a hint of sweetness, yet is strong enough to compete with the best vodkas. The light honey flavor works well shaken in martinis or fun summer cocktails. It's created in small batches (of 60 gallons) and hand bottled in North Idaho, so its craft and local.
