Edradour 10-year-old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt that is aged in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks that is a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. Chill-filtered at 40% ABV. With Hints of dried fruits, Oloroso Sherry, and almonds on the nose. Chocolate oak over spicy, earthy smokiness complexity that rolls over the tongue. A smoldering burn heather on Highland hills to finish.
