Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask Whiskey (Regional - WY)

Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask Bourbon is Wyoming Whiskey's first cask-finished whiskey. After its first five years spent in new charred American oak casks, the whiskey then experiences secondary maturation in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, enhancing the bourbon's flavor profile by imparting a deep, complex richness that isn't too sweet. Like all Wyoming Whiskey products, every barrel used to create Double Cask is exposed to the extreme temperatures of the Bighorn Basin in central Wyoming that help to facilitate greater whiskey and wood interaction for a truly outstanding and unique expression.
