Evan Williams Bottled In Bond White Label

Aged for at least 4 years, bottled at 100 proof. Distilled from a single distillery in a single season. The taste is well-rounded and the finish is warm with a good aftertaste. Sweet caramel, vanilla, cherries, and figs, followed by a light floral nuttiness in the middle, ending with moderate charred wood, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It's definitely sugar forward with supporting dark fruits, nuts, and wood.
