Dolin Genepy Les Chamois

Dolin Génépy le Chamois is a legendary herbal liqueur from the French Alps and the only one of its kind imported into the US. First created in 1821 and still produced by the same family today, it draws on more than thirty alpine herbs including 'Génépy', a variety of artemesia ('mountain sage') that lends it its name and marks its bright, fresh expression. A close cousin of Chartreuse, Dolin Génépy le Chamois has a wide variety of cocktail applications but can also be enjoyed simply 'on the rocks' or with tonic.
