Cream of Kentucky Rye Single Barrel 7.5 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Rye - This rye was hand-selected by distilling legend, Jim Rutledge. Making the cut for this expression of the iconic brand were 16 barrels of rye whiskey aged 7.5 years. The Ryman rye grain was estate grown and the whiskey was distilled, aged and bottled at Kentucky Artisan Distillery located in Crestwood. It weighs in at 50 percent ABV for optimum sipping pleasure.
