Plym’s Cup

plymouth-mouth
2 oz. Plymouth Gin
4 oz. ginger ale
.5 teaspoon lemon juice
several slices of unpeeled cucumber
several twists of lemon peel
lots of ice

Method: Muddle the cucumber and lemon peel in a chilled glass. Fill glass with ice and add Plymouth and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon twist.
