2 oz. Proper 12 Irish Whiskey
.5 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.75 simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
2 slices cucumber (1/4-inch slices)
Method: Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
