2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. superfine sugar
2 oz. Legacy Canadian Whiskey
Ice cubes
Chilled club soda
Slice each of lemon and orange
Maraschino cherry
Method: Put the lemon juice and sugar in a collins glass and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the whiskey and ice cubes and fill with club soda. Stir quickly. Garnish the drink with fruit slices and cherry.
