2 oz. Patrón Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Benedictine
2 drops Salt bitters
1 spray of grapefruit-infused Patrón Silver
1 clove-infused ice cube
Half a bar spoon of pastis
Grapefruit zest for garnish
Method: Add Patrón Reposado, Benedictine, pastis and salt bitters into a mixing glass.
Add 8-10 ice cubes into the mixing glass and stir the cocktail for 20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a coupe over the clove-infused ice cube.
Using an atomizer, spray the grapefruit-infused Patrón Silver over top of the cocktail.
Garnish with expressed zest of grapefruit.
