Hornitos Plata is crystal clear as it should be (it is unaged after all). It is very crisp and has a strong agave/tequila kick to it. There are notes of citrus, especially lemon, that follow the agave that you taste at the beginning. The nose is floral with fruits, and a citrus bouquet. It has a warm and dry finish that leaves a slight tingle in your mouth. Overall this is a good, young, tequila that will really enhance any cocktail it is mixed with. Hornito’s has included 2 shot glasses so you can open this up and down a shot!
