Originally it was just a shot of rye over a chunk of rock candy and if you were lucky, some dried fruit and a bit of spice. We have updated this pre-prohibition classic by combining our award-winning Crater Lake Rye Whiskey with dark cherries, Blood Orange, and bitters. It is ready to enjoy as a shot over ice, or with a bit of bubbles.
