Up North Honey Spirits Barrel Finished (Local - ID)

Small batch, hand crafted and made from 100% pure honey, not honey flavoring, it's smooth with a hint of sweet. The barrel finish highlights oak and vanilla tones that are distinctly unique. It's aged for 1 year in new American white oak charred barrels just like a quality whiskey. Since it's all honey, we can't call it a whiskey, but it would compete with the best of them.
