Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
Amaro Quintessentia was born a drop at a time in 1992, thanks to Antonio Nonino's great experience in blending his products. It is an infusion of herbs with a part of ÙE, aged over five years in barriques from Nevers, Limousin and ex-Sherry. It displays an extraordinary fragrance of mountain herbs, ennobled by the magic of ÙE, in this case a masterful blend of Ribolla, Traminer, and Verduzzo. Nonino's Amaro is based on Ue, or whole grape grappa and is infused with alpine herbs that grow in the mountains near the distillery. If you are not familiar with Amaro it is a classic Italian digestivo.
