Hakashu is crafted with exquisitely soft water, derived from pure snow and rain filtered through thousand-year-old granite rocks. Three primary malt types are used in Hakashu: Hoghead - soft and tasteful, Smokey - crisp and refreshing, and Sherry Butt - sweet and sour, each imparting rich and distinctive characteristics.
