Pisco BARSOL is produced according to traditional methods, as used in Peru for ages. The Bodega San Isidro uses only grapes from their own vineyards in the famous Ica valley. Thus the bodega can guarantee for the quality of the grapes which are used for Pisco BARSOL.
BARSOL is distilled in small batches in a copper pot still. The young pisco rests for at least 3 months in steel tanks. After resting, the Pisco is bottled on the Bodega premises at barrel proof strength into the elegant BARSOL bottles.
