.25 oz. Pyrat Planters XO Reserve Rum
.75 Mint syrup
.75 Lime juice
Egg white
Black sea salt
Lime zest for garnish
Method: In a shaker, combine all ingredients (except sea salt and lime zest). Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with black sea salt and lime zest in the middle of the drink.
