Bramble Ale


1.5 oz. Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey
.25 oz. simple syrup
.25 oz. lemon juice (squeeze of lemon)
4 oz. ginger ale
3 to 5 blackberries
Lemon wheel and blackberry for garnish

Method: Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail tin.
Add ice, Minor Case Rye, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake and then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wheel and blackberry.
